To begin with, you get a lot of safety features standard when you get a 2020 Kia Soul. No matter what trim you select you will have 4-wheel disc brakes with ABS, 3-point seatbelts at every seating position, and a total of six airbags with two mounted in front, on the front seats, and on the side curtains.

Of course you will also get electronic brake force distribution, electronic stability control, traction control, a tire pressure management system, and hill start assist control. For the kids you will have rear child safety door locks and lower anchors and tethers for children seats. Again, this is all on the list of standard features.

That’s not all for standard features either. When it comes to driver-assist features, every 2020 Kia Soul comes with a rear camera display. If you go up to the S trim or the X-Line trim and above, you get rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot collision warning, and lane change assist. These features are also an available option on the GT-Line trim.

Lane-keeping assist, driver attention warning, and forward collision avoidance comes standard on the S, GT-Line, EX, and GT-Line turbo skipping only the X-Line. On the top GT-line Turbo trim you get smart cruise control and the forward collision avoidance system adds pedestrian detection.

This may seem a little complicated, but if you go for the EX trim, then you will be assured to get almost everything except pedestrian detection. Even so, the base LX trim still provides plenty of safety features making it a great value with an MSRP of just $17,490.
